All custom commission are uniquely made for the customer. I do not use references from other characters and designs, without strict permission. Real-life pictures of animals, commissioned artwork from characters you own are fine for reference. For regular artwork I will not mimic or copy other's styles, but I can be requested to try out styles such as 'chibi' for example.

Rude behavior or disregard for my terms may result in cancellation without a refund. Please read below for more information regarding refunds.

Proper credit is required: for base makers and myself. Base edits should also be credited when possible. You can credit me using my main Carrd as it's linked to all my socials. Failure to properly credit me when using my artwork can resolve in being blacklisted.

I do not authorize any tracing, re-uploading, self-advertisement, or stealing of my artwork. This includes my characters and/or other things I own. With no proper permission, if I give consent that's different.

Please keep AI far away from my artwork/adoptables/characters etc. I care deeply about artist and human creativity, and would appreciate that my art and characters are not being used for AI-related purposes, this will result in being blacklisted immediately.

Rude, hostile or demanding behavior (aggressive messages, entitlement, condescension)

Hate speech, racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia etc.

Spamming for updates (delays will be communicated to the best of my ability)

Chargebacks without prior communication (3-day response window; otherwise; permanent blacklist)

Immediate refunding after purchasing an adopt or commission.

Claiming my work as your own or removing my signatures.

Re-selling my designs/adoptables immediately, unless gifted. (Please don't use my adoptables as a way to make profit. There is now a 1 month window peek before you resell now due to this.)

Claiming my work or others as your own or removing my signatures.

Re-making or copying my artwork, designs or my characters.

No Excessive Add-Ons Mid-Process. This honestly is for any of my commissions, if you request additional characters, details etc. after work has started than it will be considered a new commission if I am not able to change or if it requires additional several fees.

Commercial Use etc. My artwork is for personal purposes only. If failure to properly credit you may be added to my blacklist if warned more than once. They can not be used as commercial purposes without explicit permission. This includes merchandise.

Any form of harassment, doxxing or other related behavior. This could be towards me or others with clear evidence/proof.

Payment must be sent in full via PayPal or CashApp only. I will allow DeviantArt points as a form of payment, however I am not always accepting, please check with me first!

Do NOT request or make payments through DeviantArt. (Unless it's with DeviantArt Points.)

Refunds are only available only if I cancel or before work completion. You will not receive the full amount if I have already started on the work and have put my time into it.

All my prices are in USD. Please make sure you check the amount in your currency before commissioning me. I will always send back what was accidently sent.

Please only commission if you are certain you wish to proceed. Those who request a refund soon after commissioning without a valid reason, or who repeatedly commission and then cancel, may be blacklisted and refused for future services.

Refunds may not be issued immediately. As this is not a stable income, I may need time to process a refund due to financial responsibilities and other things. Customers with rude/inappropriate behavior or a lack of communication on several occasions, will NOT be refunded, and will be given a warning.

Adoptables can NOT be sold with payment if they are gifted, traded or received for free in anyway. Added value with your own artwork, commissions etc. Will count towards value.

Adoptables that have been bought can not be sold for more than they were purchased for unless paid value has been made for said adoptable, as stated above on what counts.

After purchase, refunds are not available for adoptables unless there was a mix up. I can do slight alterations like eye color changes, or remove markings if applicable.

Adoptables after purchase must be within ownership for at least 1 month to avoid users from making profit off of my work.

Base/line owners must be properly credited, including me for the design, shading or coloring. Failure can result in being blacklisted.

I will provide WIPS (Work-in-Progress) images to the best of my ability.

Shaded and unshaded versions, can and as well as both genders if applicable, are typically included unless specifically requested otherwise.

My work is usually automatically shaded; flat color can be requested, through my style though usually automatically it has various shades/shading.

There are times where I struggle with memory issues and I always have things written down, if there is anything that needs fixed or wasn't added please correct me and I will immediately fix it as I hold onto the PSD File for about 72 hours incase things need corrected.

Completion times vary based on workload, and complexity. This does heavily depend on certain circumstances, and may take longer depending on commissions etc.

Deadlines heavily vary on several factors, (Usually between 1-6 months) For completion time estimation. This can heavily depend on my waitlist amount, type of commission, when it was ordered, if it was ordered around Holidays etc. (I DO NOT work on holidays.)

Delays may occur due to complexity, workload, or other reasons.

Violating these terms or constant of chargebacks may result in permanent blacklisting.

Realistic Only: I no longer accept unrealistic colors aka (sparkly, unrealistically colored etc.) designs as the style only works well with realistic designs.

Artistic Freedom: Is an option choice, which allows me to come up with my own ideas for your commission, giving me freedom to choose things like (palettes, markings etc.)

Sped Up Turnaround: These were removed on 02/05/2026 and will no longer be introduced to my website as they caused me severe stress, that heavily affected my mental health, and it felt unfair to those who were already waiting on commissions. This can no longer be included.

Map - Holiday/Seasonal Variants: Were also removed on 02/05/2026 as though it may be easy to access said file, it is not easy altering a map to create said variants and adds unneeded stress for me.

Territory/Tribe Maps: Using a website called "Inkarnate" which allows me to make maps. Each tribe map always has top tier quality rendering, as I pay to use Inkarnate. ($5.00 a month), when commissioning for these maps, part of the payment often goes towards that subscription. After tribes are completed, I no longer will go back to the files to be able to change names, biomes etc. as of 02/05/2026 as it was taking up a lot of storage.*

Tribe Paint and Shields: For tribe paints and shields I can work with many themes and styles, from natural and traditional to abstract or maybe a bit of experimental. All tones/palettes/colors are welcomed to represent some uniqueness. Can NOT be used for anything other than Asmundr/Home.

Backgrounds: Backgrounds in images can either be more detailed or more blurred as a option. Photomanipulation is no longer a available option as it required heavy amounts of detail and often frowned upon in some clubs and for some community members. Removed on 02/06/2026

Show Entries: automatically require backgrounds, unless someone has agreed to make the background, which all heavily depends on a clubs show rules. Please ensure working links to shows and go over the pose/position of the dog before finishing lines to ensure everything looks correct. including the background. Even creator's of created breeds make mistakes, therefor redline help will not always be 100% accurate and there is always a possible chance for mistakes.. its apart of learning as an artist. Show entries can come in a few forms: RNG, Sport or Conformation etc. Leashes and Collars may not always be required depending on said options.

Titles: A title comes with one headshot/bust or one halfbody/fullbody. I will not do more than TWO different title sets per single canvas. the same dog can be put on the background several times per title. I will limit 4-5 images per single set. Title sets can NOT be confused with Hunting Trials.

Litters: start out with a max of 4 puppies, but you can add ONLY an additional 2-3 puppies for me to make. I will go based off the parents, grand parents, great grand parents genetics and carriers to make unique but look-alike puppies.

Logo/Watermark: (Usage Limitations) Logos may be used to watermark artwork, or images you have created or own. They may be used in things like personal projects such as: DARPG kennels, characters artwork, and even profiles. Logo's may be used to promote a real business or even advertise your own artwork and services. Logo's may NOT be sold for these reasons redistributed, or re-sold/re-purposed other than it's intended use as a watermark or identifier.

Animated Pixel Artwork: Animated pixel artwork are always 200x200px's and can be either fullbody/halfbody a bust/headshot. Animated pixel commissions will only allow MINIMAL movement only such as: (Blinking, breathing, growling, ear twitch etc.)

Additional Services: will not be automatically added unless they were specifically requested.

Time Expectations: The more complex the commission is the longer it may take due to the amount of detailed nature of the work. Please be patient with me!

Realistic Only: I no longer accept unrealistic colors aka (sparkly, unrealistically colored etc.) designs as the style only works well with realistic designs.

Artistic Freedom: Is an option choice, which allows me to come up with my own ideas for your commission, giving me freedom to choose things like (palettes, markings etc.)

Sped Up Turnaround: These were removed on 02/05/2026 and will no longer be introduced to my website as they caused me severe stress, that heavily affected my mental health, and it felt unfair to those who were already waiting on commissions. This can no longer be included.

Accepted Breeds/Species: Certain breeds and species will be declined, if they belong or are owned by someone who may be on my blacklist, as I wish for my art not to interact with said users in anyway.

Backgrounds: Backgrounds in images can either be more detailed or more blurred as a option.

Logo/Watermark: (Usage Limitations) Logos may be used to watermark artwork, or images you have created or own. They may be used in things like personal projects such as: DARPG kennels, characters artwork, and even profiles. Logo's may be used to promote a real business or even advertise your own artwork and services. Logo's may NOT be sold for these reasons redistributed, or re-sold/re-purposed other than it's intended use as a watermark or identifier.

Animated Pixel Artwork: Animated pixel artwork are always 200x200px's and can be either fullbody/halfbody a bust/headshot. Animated pixel commissions will only allow MINIMAL movement only such as: (Blinking, breathing, growling, ear twitch etc.)

Accessories/Gear: I work comfortably across all themes and styles, and am always willing to try different styles from natural, traditional, abstract etc. However there are some restrictions, to avoid copywrite strikes against my artwork, I will accept references/inspirations from games/movies etc, however I will NOT do a 1:1 copy and it will have its own unique twist.
